Jay Day is a UFC Mixed Martial Arts rising star in Tanya's Athlete Optimization Bootcamp.  He says that Tanya's power alignment routines are most challenging workouts he does, but he feels the power change.  His trainers and coaches comment that he's never been stronger with more energy.

Jason sought out Tanya's guidance to prepare him during the 3 months prior to his world championship fight. He wanted to drop sizable weight to make his class, but at the same time maintain/gain strength and stamina. He made his weight class by 1 pound with much less stress than ever before, learned the nutritional method and won the title.  Fight fans commented that he was in his best shape ever.
