Abs Shoulders -n- Bootie
Intended Audience:
This workshop is for people who want to optimize
power and poise, connect to their deep core,
stabilize low back and release neck/shoulder lock-up
- as well as sculpt their bootie, abs, shoulders and
back.
Session Description:
You will learn two dynamic routines: Deep Core Flow
and Structural Alignment which are the foundational
layers to the Power Yoga Fusion System. Professional
athletes and dancers use these routines for a full
body warm-up. It’s design is also effective as a
regular“check-in” practice to spot structural
mis-alignments and focus the mind.
These
two routines alone after practiced for just 3 weeks have
reduced the amount of spinal adjustments needed from
chiropractic therapy. Decrease injury and maximize results
by learning the art of deep muscle control and isolation.

Salute Your Inner Fire

Sweaty meditation in motion. You will learn the 3
main Fire Salutes of the Power Yoga Fusion System.
These routines are a great alternative to no-impact
cardiovascular or machines - just your body plus
gravity!

source of our vitality. We all have a little piece
of the sun living in our solar plexus.

Power Yoga Fusion Practice
Intended Audience:
For people seeking a powerful body-mind-heart
experience. For people who want to sweat, test their
inner strength, clear their mind and/or connect to
themselves on a deeper awareness layer. Referred to
by many students as “no cream puff yoga” where each
moment seeks an authentic edge to ride with gentle
courage. This practice is about you, as you are -
whatever that may look or feel like.
Session Description:
This 3-hour workout journey may stimulate
exploration of awareness, sweat, strength, freedom,
healing and/or balance. Spend some quality time
checking in with your bones, muscles, breath,
thoughts, feelings and behaviors - and perhaps even
some moments of bliss-filled centering.

Phoenix Fire Staff Dance
(beginner basics - no fire)
Intended Audience: For those who like to play
with sticks and want a fun way to workout. For
dancers who want to learn a new prop. For those who
want to build shoulder endurance/strength and upper
body control.
Session Description:
Learn the main moves of the Phoenix Fire Staff
Dance. No, you will not get to play with fire in
this course, but you will learn the phoenix
essentials to control your staff without fire which
is the foundation before you even think about
lighting up.
In 3
hours you will learn how to build your own practice
staff, 3 basic spins, 3 basic balances, and 3 basic
phoenix flows.

Needed: 1 broom stick or thick doweling (4-6ft),
the legs to old pair of jeans, duck tape.
